    My Story

I am a psychiatrist and medical educator with over 11 years of experience in clinical practice and teaching. After earning my MBBS from GMC Nagpur and MD in Psychiatry from GMC Guwahati, I dedicated my career to making quality psychiatric care accessible. At Health First Multispeciality Clinic and Maple Care Hospital in Dwarka, I specialize in treating psychiatric disorders, de-addiction, and mental health challenges.

Teaching is my true passion. Since 2015, I have been a faculty member at DAMS, training over 1.2 lakh doctors and delivering guest lectures at 40+ medical colleges, including AIIMS. I am also the first in India to develop an online psychiatry module for post-graduates. My books, Psychiatry Q-Bank and Concept Book: Psychiatry, simplify psychiatry for students, helping shape the future of mental health care.

    • I have had a bad impression about doctors in general because of previous experiences. And he could have been just like them and rushed with a generalized diagnosis and closed the consultation with generic medicines. But he not only cross verified with the inputs of a clinical psychologist he recommended to me, but even advised me to go for an offline local detailed evaluation when his conclusions conflicted even slightly with that of the clinical psychologist. I can't believe I am saying this but despite having severe trust issues I now trust Dr. Sachin Arora and know whatever he will decide will be for my well-being solely.
